This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the pavilion888 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pavilion888 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Continued use of the pavilion888 platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. pavilion888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, though we endeavour to inform users when significant changes are made.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered on the platform.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register only one account on pavilion888. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. pavilion888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any breach of your account security.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the pavilion888 platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, system manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use unauthorised third-party software, or disrupt platform operations will result in immediate action, including account suspension.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the pavilion888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including online banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. You are required to use a bank or payment account registered in your own name. The use of third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits are subject to immediate processing depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our internal verification procedures. pavilion888 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud or a breach of terms. pavilion888 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges.
Dormant Funds
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, pavilion888 reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee or take other action in line with our internal policy. Users are advised to keep their account active regularly or withdraw any remaining balance before closing their account.
4. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Pavilion888 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, outages, or security incidents. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on information on the platform, service disruptions due to maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. In all cases, pavilion888's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pavilion888 platform — including logos, layouts, text, images, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of pavilion888 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, sell, or modify any content without prior written consent. Intellectual property violations will result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
Where the pavilion888 platform contains links to third-party websites, such links are provided solely for user convenience. pavilion888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website and does not endorse or warrant the accuracy of any information found there.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Pavilion888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:
- User has violated any provision of these terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation has been detected.
- User provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- Account used by a minor or by an unauthorised party.
- We are required to do so by the relevant authorities.
In cases where an account is suspended due to a breach of terms, pavilion888 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. For account closures requested by the user, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pavilion888 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the pavilion888 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or, where necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
